Returns & Happiness Guarantee

We want you to be 100% happy with your order.

If for any reason you’re not, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@littleearthorganics.ae, and we’ll be happy to help. Eligible products may be returned for a full refund or store credit to use on a future purchase.

Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are issued for the product value only, using the original payment method. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
